Style Maven Jamie Chung: Hollywood Trendsetter and Big Hero 6 actress takes over NYFW

Actress and Hollywood style trendsetter, Jamie Chung sat front row at all of the hottest shows during New York Fashion Week. The style maven, has a lot on her plate these days, as a fashion blogger, attending shows and events, launching an upcoming Jewelry line and actress in a role in the upcoming movie Big Hero 6, premiering in theaters November 7th.

Directed by Don Hall and Chris Williams, Big Hero 6 is an action comedy adventure about brilliant robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada, who finds himself in the grips of a criminal plot that threatens to destroy the fast-paced, high-tech city of San Fransokyo. With the help of his closest companion-a robot named Baymax-Hiro joins forces with a reluctant team of first-time crime fighters on a mission to save their city. The character,  ‘Gogo Tamago’, in this animated movie is voiced by Jamie Chung.

Recently, the People StyleWatch Celeb Style Council member, was spotted in New York City, shopping at the C. Wonder Flatiron store picking out some of her new favorite items for the holiday season. Looks like the 31-year-old actress and fashion blogger decided to revamp her fall wardrobe with pieces from the brand’s first ever premium collection that just launched.

Jamie spoke to People about her “What The Chung” website which is featured in the “People – Gorgeous At Any Age” Fall issue.

“In your 20s you’re still finding yourself,” she says. “Your 30s are liberating. You know your body shape. And you don’t have time to mess around!” Her blog chronicles her “California vibe,” says Chung, who grew up in San Francisco. “My look is kicked back. I might wear heels for meetings, but I always have an emergency pair of flip-flops in my trunk.” Luckily her fiancé, actor Bryan Greenberg, 36, “likes to see me in a flannel shirt with cut-off shorts.” A self-described “accessories girl,” Chung will launch a new jewelry line for Sachi Jewelry.
