Lil Wayne‘s long-delayed album Tha Carter V was supposed to come out December 9. Now, Wayne has said the album isn’t coming out as scheduled—but that it’s not his fault. Today on Twitter, he blamed his record label, Cash Money, and co-founder Bryan Williams (aka Baby and Birdman). He also stated his desire to leave Cash Money, with whom he’s been associated for his entire career.

Wayne said he decided to split the album into two parts because after choosing from a pool of at least 31 songs. Previously, he had shared songs such as “D’usse”,“Grindin”, and “Krazy”, all of which were teased as album cuts.4f845fc3
